No minimum volume requirement. We work with importers from 1 TEU per month upward. We focus on building long-term relationships, not volume thresholds. If you import regularly and want a reliable partner, we want to talk.

Our core specialisation is the China–India corridor. We can handle shipments from other origins on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll let you know honestly if we can serve your needs well.

You call your dedicated ClearFreight executive — same number, same person. We don't escalate you to a general support line. If the problem is at the port, we go to the port. We own the outcome because you hired us to.

You pay assessed customs duties directly or through us depending on how you'd like to structure it. We give you a duty estimate before goods arrive so there are no surprises. Our CHA-backed team handles the filing — you pay what's assessed, nothing more.

Yes. For smaller consignments that don't fill a full container, we consolidate LCL shipments. Transit times are slightly longer than FCL, but the economics are much better for smaller volumes. Include your cargo weight and CBM in your enquiry and we'll advise FCL vs LCL.

For the quote: commercial invoice and packing list from your supplier. For clearance: we'll guide you through exactly what's needed based on your product category — IEC, GST registration, and any product-specific certificates. We prepare everything else.
